A: GPAG is recognized as a reliable partner within the U.S. Banking community. 

Q: Is the fee for Agent Services per account in the U.S.? 

A: No, GPAG charges one annual fee which covers ALL your USD accounts no matter how many accounts you maintain.

Q: Are there other fees, commissions or hidden charges?

A: No, we charge one all inclusive flat fee. You will never incur any other charges or out of pocket expenses. 

Q: What is the typical term for your Agent Services?

A: The typical term of service is one year. However, we can also do a two or three year engagement if that better meets your needs.

Q: Does our Agent Service Agreement cover our entire branch network and subsidiaries? 

A: Your branch network is covered. However, subsidiaries and affiliates are considered separate legal entities and are required to have their own and separate Agent Service Agreement.

Q: What is the step by step process to engage GPAG as our agent under the USA Patriot Act? 

A: The process takes three simple steps:
-Submit your request to have us represent you, together with your official address. 
-We will quote you our fee and upon your acceptance of the quote we will send you the Agent Appointment Agreement, by scanned email.
-Return the signed Agreement to us.

Q: How long does it take you to complete the Agent Appointment process?

A: Between 24 and 48 hours.

Q: Does GPAG provide Agent Services for other legal process requirements besides the USA Patriot Act? 

A: Yes, whenever you are required to have an agent for legal process, such as loan facilities or any agreement where this is a requirement,    GPAG can serve as your agent for legal process.
